Job Description:
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Serve as the Design Project Manager and provide Instructional Systems Design support for Disney Institute programs world-wide, including but not limited to Instructor-led, e-Learning, and blended learning offerings. Collaborate and consult with Instructional Writers, Content Specialists, and multimedia partners in the analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation of global learning and performance improvement solutions.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: (These are the minimum qualifications you need to be considered for the job.)
* Bachelor's degree in Instructional Systems Design, Education or equivalent
* Minimum 3 years experience in the instructional system design and project management of training programs
* Proven strong working knowledge of the instructional systems design process, adult learning strategies, needs assessment, and performance measurement
* Proven proficiency in PC and Mac skills, including Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Project, or Time Tracking software
* Demonstrated strong interpersonal, consulting/client management, negotiation and collaboration skills. Capable of working with stakeholders at all levels
* Demonstrated strong time management and organizational skills with attention to detail
* Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills
* Demonstrated strong networking, coaching, and mentoring skills
* Demonstrated ability to problem solve and manage multiple projects of varying scope and complexity

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* Minimum of 3 years experience in Project Management
* Minimum of 3 years experience as an Instructional Systems Designer
* Proven experience in designing programs for various subject matters and audience
* Proven experience with facilitating meetings to achieve objectives, such as content or information gathering meetings
* Demonstrated decision-making skills
