POSITION QUALIFICATION SUMMARY
This is an individual contributor role aligned wholly with the Quality and Operations teams responsible for conducting needs assessments and translating the results into training content. Additionally, the incumbent will be responsible to develop and deliver this training as well as provide train the trainer sessions to employees who will deliver the training in their respective organizations.

Key Accountabilities
• Conduct a needs assessment to identify learning needs of business unit.
o There will be an initial focus in the Supply Chain/Quality areas, however training will extend organization wide as dictated by the determined needs.
• Develop learning strategies and plans with business unit leaders based upon deficiencies identified in a needs assessment.
• Facilitate meetings to gain input from multiple perspectives, build engagement and test deliverables for various Supply Chain quality solutions and customer quality needs (i.e., processes, plans, programs, training, systems and tools).
• Develop plans, programs and tools for the delivery of quality and operational training to certify employees in subject matter. This training may encompass field and corporate customer facing employees.
o This will require technical training expertise and involves translating current processes into training.
• Deliver train the trainer to build the capability of additional employees to deliver training in subject matter.
• Facilitate courses and workshops to increase awareness and grow the skills of others in assigned training subject matter.
• Provide a mechanism for the tracking and monitoring of training results and certification ensuring training effectiveness and calibration throughout the CHEP organization. Develop and deliver appropriate knowledge checks ensuring transfer of knowledge has taken place.
• Ensure appropriate documentation (ie: training manuals, etc.) are kept up to date and centrally located for availability.
• Work collaboratively with CHEP HR Training Manager and cross-functional customers ensuring efficient use of all resources.
• On a regular basis address the continuous improvement aspect of training to ensure the organization is pushing forward appropriately and has kept up with the needs of the business.
• Ensure development of appropriate internal Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Mandatory Qualifications
• Bachelors degree in related field or significant equivalent experience
• Substantial experience in training and development program design, delivery and administration (Minimum 3-5 years of related training experience)
• Demonstrated effective content delivery in a technical training environment (manufacturing preferred)
• Fluency in English, bilingual Spanish preferred
• Experience in organizations with heavy emphasis on metrics and KPIs
• Exceptional customer service and collaboration skills.
• Able to effectively handle high degree of multiple tasks simultaneously
• Demonstrated experience working with all levels of management and employees
• Excellent teamwork skills and proven ability to work under tight deadlines
